The BFI is marking 50 years since a major landmark in human rights – the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in England and Wales – with a number of screenings and events at BFI Southbank this summer, on BFI Player, around the UK and during BFI Flare: http://www.bfi.org.uk/lgbt50
We’re keen to support projects/screenings that are linked to national initiatives such as LGBT50 through our Diversity Propeller Scheme (the total overall pot available is £10,000 for various applicants).
The link below will take you to a list of film and TV titles that screening at the BFI as part of their Gross Indecency season in July and August which are available for venues to book (if you wish to screen titles that are not on the list, please get in touch for advice):
To discuss any ideas or if you have any questions on applying for the Propeller Scheme Diversity pot, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. If you think you’re ready to apply click here to download the application form.
